Lenneke van Gaal studied law at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam, where after her graduation she worked as a researcher. In 2015 she completed her BBMM training as a trademark and design attorney, earning a cum laude distinction.
Lenneke specializes in trademark law, design law and copyright. She advises and conducts proceedings regarding the registration and validity of trademarks and designs and is active in the field of trademark protection and product design.
In addition to her case work, Lenneke provides know-how support to the lawyers within the firm, with whom she works closely in infringement proceedings.
Lenneke is a passionate lawyer with academic interests who regularly publishes on recent developments within her much-loved field of expertise.
